The Federation of Kuwaiti Engineering Offices & Consultant Houses (KFEOCH) announces the convening of the “3rd Consulting Services for the Development Plan Forum (ENCON3), where NoufEXPO will organize it. ENCON3 is the result of the efforts of KFEOCH in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Planning and Development, the Central Agency for Public Tenders, the Central Agency for Information Technology, and Kuwait Municipality.
COVID-19 has hurt moving forward with plans to automate permits issued by government agencies regarding development projects. Continued prolonged closures of most state institutions to preserve the health of citizens hindered the execution of these plans. ENCON3 will address the steps necessary to revive these plans and proceed with them based on the recommendations issued by the Forum in its first and second sessions
1ENCON3 will feature a specialized FIDIC Workshop that focuses on: · A detailed explanation of FIDIC contracts since their inception, their importance, and impact on advisory contracts. · New updates introduced in 2017, including dispute resolution methods.

encon3 aims at achieving the following objectives:
- Study ways to develop a national strategy that makes eGovernment programs a critical factor in achieving Kuwait’s renaissance in various social and economic fields.
- Redefine the eGovernment program as a comprehensive government development initiative targeting vital areas such as education, health, business development, and the application of good governance.
GET EXPERIENCE
The exhibition will host the designs, solutions, and services of the consulting, engineering, construction, real estate, logistics organizations and companies. Kuwaiti, GCC, and global companies are invited to present their services. Government and supervisory agencies are also invited to present their achievements and programs.
