Bringing with him over 27 years in the ICT field, Joe focuses on both UC&C and wireless solutions with industry interests in energy, banking & finance, transportation and large enterprises.Joe has a broad scope of experience across the value chain: from technical, customer, sales support to operations, marketing and business development. He has worked for global telecom carriers where he was responsible for driving the enterprise and telecom business in the Asia Pacific region.Joe has also consulted for SMEs in China, providing strategic counsel and guiding smaller companies based on his vast experience. Joe later joined Huawei as a management consultant with a mission to globalize the technical service division.Appointed as the global head of sales for finance and utilities in 2010, he is currently assignedto drive the sales in the Middle East.

Microsoft Services EMEAOguzhan Filizlibay has been in the field of IT and security systems since 1997 and has worked with several companies across his career in Turkey, United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.Since joining Microsoft in 2004 he has been involved with escalation level premier support with the Windows product, specializing in networking, product security and security incidentresponse. He has developed several tools around network security, malware detection,removal and incident analysis. He frequently speaks at security events and delivers workshops on security incident response and forensic analysis on Windows systems. He has delivered training to key national and public security organizations across Europe and the Middle East. Oguzhan is currently based in Dubai working as a Senior Security Escalation Engineer in the CSS Security EMEA Incident Response team.

Mr. Al-Enezi holds Master degree in Management InformationSystems from Gulf University in Bahrain. Prior to this, Al-Enezi held many positions at CAIT and at the Ministry of Planning. He holds a PhD in Mathematics.He holds following professional certifications: CIPP-E, CISM, Web-Trust Auditor, BSI Grundschutz-Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ITIL Foundation Certificate, EUROPriSe Technical Auditor, Certified Project Manager. Moreover, he holds 4 patents in the area of IT
Security and he is the Author and Co-Author of three books related to Information Security,eCommerce and IT- Compliance.
Dr. Capellaro’s experience extends to many years in the industry Sectors of IT-ServiceProviders, Industrial Products, Automotive, Financial Services, Insurance and the Public Sector. He speaks fluently German and English.

Mohammad-Amin Joined Kaspersky Lab in 2013 and was appointed Senior Security Researcher in the company’s Global Research & Analysis Team. He is a former Senior Information Security and Privacy Consultant at Deloitte & Touche Middle East, with a core specialization in cyber security, advanced persistent threats, penetration testing, and UNIX based open source tools
and systems in addition to a thorough understanding of the global malware landscape.He also taught multiple official Information Security courses, like EcCouncil Certified Ethical Hacker and Cisco CCNA Security.Mohammad-Amin has a Professional Masters degree in Telecommunications Security of Networks and Systems (Saint-Joseph University, Beirut). Also, he has different certifications from ECCOUNCIL(LPT,CEI…), CISCO (CCSP…), RSA(CSE), Harvard Business Publishing (HME,HLE) and British Standards Institution (ISO 27K LI).

He held various positions in the capacities of programming, software development, analyst-programming, systems analysis, business development, and project management. Al-Ajmi holds a BSc. degree in Electric Engineering from University of Kuwait.
